27 July	We have tried to think of all the things we will need. We keep finding out there are lots of things we have forgotten.	Always brainstorm first, as there will be lots of things you don't think about at first.
8 August	We think we have all our ideas. Trying to decide on a design for the medals.
16 August	We are making our medals and certificates.
24 August	We are all ready.	Go back to your initial brainstorm and make sure you have covered everything.
5 September	Some of the ribbons fell off the medals. If we had tested them outside on a windy day in a trial run we might have been able to solve this problem before it happened.	Great job anyway. I agree it would have been good to have a trial run.
